into the same directory (typical issues when using download
manager, bittorrent clients and so on) the problem of clustered,
unsorted data becomes a burden. This has a few obvious
downsides as one can get lost among those files and they
become harder and harder to keep track of as well as access.
Especially designed to solve the task at hand is RecMount,
an application that analyzes file content and completely
restructures folder trees based on it. The aim is to group
data of the same type and thus enabling you to access them
faster and intuitively.
RecMount is easy to install and equally straightforward to use;
all you have to do is input both source and destination folders,
select the respective recmount.ini file that contains the settings
you want to use and press Start.
Optionally, RecMount includes settings for moving the source files,
using the Defaults preset for creating specific folders defined by the
user. The application has a robust and intuitive interface, accessible to
users of all levels of experience.
