The essence of the project is reduced to the statement, that at achievement of critical weight of a level of perception of semantic integrity the biorobot which thought should write down critical changes of environment in conditions of change of a reality and nuclear threat or at threat of intrusion into a circumterraneous space is spontaneously created.
